Cat is privileged and blessed to presently assume roles of Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher, Assistant Director and mentor for 800 hour apprenticeship program. She is home based at Jivamukti Yoga London www.jivamuktiyoga.co.uk.
Class description:
An 'earth'-conscious connection in the Yoga practice facilitates a generous and mutually FOR-GIVING (as opposed to FOR-TAKING!) relationship with the whole of our environment, one that is balanced, steady and full of grace. What does it take to feel grounded, plugged in, in touch? Not just in the asana and meditation practices but equally so as we manouver through the ebb's and flow's of this life.
