Description

Class description:
This is a yogaclass with a serious passion for life, joy and love, designed to get you out of your "stuff", and back into the primal groove. Expect the full Jivamukti package of tradition, music, meditation, bhakti and challenging asana, with a taste of wildness!

Lecture:
Ask the Gita: Should I stay or should I go? The Bhagavad Gita is India's most beloved wisdom text and one of the most important texts for yoga practitioners. It is a practical manual on how to live your life in joy and freedom. This famous dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna, the famous battle among Kauravas and Pandavas are merely metaphors for our own battle which is constantly happening within each one of us. In this lecture we will look into the most prominent topics of the Gita and their relevance to our lives: nature of action (karma yoga), life purpose (svadharma) and love divine (bhakti yoga).
